“Marayah was a beautiful, strong, compassionate, and incredibly positive young woman who left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. Diagnosed with pediatric cancer at just 14 years old, she faced an unimaginable journey with strength, courage, and grace far beyond her years. Even through the hardest days, Marayah continued to find joy in life and cared deeply for the people around her. She was an exceptional student, graduating with a 4.26 GPA, a dedicated athlete and soccer captain, and she had a special love for animals, especially dogs. Marayah had the biggest heart and was always thinking of others, even while fighting her own battle. She loved her family and friends deeply and had a way of making people feel loved and cared for. Marayah passed away at 16 in October 2021, but the love, kindness, strength, and compassion she shared during her life continue to inspire everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will forever be loved, remembered, and deeply missed. ”
