“Jorge Luis Henriquez jr was born on December 21, 2006. He was a single child, he was very loved. He was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on September 2022. He did 29 rounds of Chemotherapy. He was able to ring the bell on June 23, 2023. Unfortunately, on December 8, 2023, he got diagnosed again with Lung Metastasis Osteosarcoma, in which he had to get a tumor removed on January 3, 2024. Then in May 2024, it came back in both lungs and he needed to be sent to Houston. But his condition got worst in days and he had to get intubated on July 11, 2024. He gained his wings on July 29, 2024. He was such a character. His nurses loved him so much. He left a lot of empty hearts with his passing. #jrstrong”
