“Eleanor/Ellie was born on an abnormally hot day in February. She went through life like a wonderful summer’s breeze bringing love and warmth wherever she went. Ellie noticed life’s beauty whether in a piece of jewellery, in nature or through dance. Her curious nature allowed her to experience much of what the world had to offer through soccer, dance, skiing, swimming, biking, cartwheeling and sushi. Above all else, Ellie loved her family: her brother and sister, her parents, her extended family, and her cats and dog. Eleanor was a dear friend to many and kind to all.
In March 2025 Ellie was diagnosed with DIPG - an incurable brain cancer. On June 30th, after a difficult four month battle with cancer, Ellie went to be with Jesus. She is forever loved and greatly missed. ”
