Whether spending time with family, laughing with friends from school, or connecting with his church community, he cherished every relationship and valued genuine connections.
He loved movies, sketching in his endless drawing pads, playing football, and diving into games like The Sims or Fortnite. He never shied away from trying something new, earning the title of adventurous risk-taker in his family. As an only child, his bond with his mother was immeasurable—rooted in mutual love, admiration, and unwavering support.
Davontè was a radiant light, one that only grew brighter as his love for Jesus deepened. Even when faced with an incurable disease, his hope and faith in Christ never wavered. His strength, resilience, and boundless love reflected the purpose God placed within him.
Though his time here was brief, Davontè’s legacy will shine for generations. His life embodied the love of Christ, leaving a guiding light for all who knew him.
